This Privacy Policy explains how First Solution for Software (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Platinum HR mobile application (“App”). The App is designed for workplace HR operations, including attendance recording and secure user onboarding.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Employment Data

  • Employee name, employee ID, username
  • Company, branch, and department details
  • Authentication and session identifiers

2.2 Location & Attendance Data

  • GPS location at the moment of check-in or check-out
  • Location accuracy and timestamp
  • Attendance status and related logs

2.3 Camera & QR Code Data

  • Camera access to scan a QR code provided by us
  • QR data used to link the user to the correct company API and system configuration

The App does not store photos or videos. Camera access is used only for real-time QR code scanning.

3) Purpose of Use

  • Verify employee presence at approved work locations
  • Record accurate attendance and working time
  • Securely connect users to their organization’s API via QR code
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or attendance manipulation
  • Maintain and improve App performance and security

4) Location Usage

Location data is collected only when the user performs an attendance action (check-in or check-out). It is used to confirm that the employee is within an authorized location defined by the employer.

Disabling location permissions may prevent attendance features from working correctly.

5) QR Code & Camera Usage

The camera is used exclusively to scan a QR code supplied by First Solution for Software or the employer. This QR code securely connects the App to the correct company API and environment.

6) Data Sharing

  • With the employer for HR and attendance management
  • With hosting or infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations
  • When required by law or legal process

We do not sell or rent personal data.

7) Data Retention & Security

Data is retained only as long as necessary for HR, operational, and legal purposes. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are applied to protect data.

8) Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Attendance and employment data requests are typically handled through your employer.
